For our North America Business Development Centre in Somerville (New Jersey), we are currently looking for a:SENIOR REGULATORY ENGINEEROur Senior Regulatory Engineer ensures that products meet regulatory requirements and standards.
This role involves preparing and submitting regulatory documents, maintaining compliance with current regulations, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to various departments within the company.
Registrations and authorizations obtainment from the local concerned authorities (EPA, FDA, ...), support to product labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Ensure the management of the Safety Data Sheets concerning the raw materials available in the company and the commercialized products.Follow and be updated about every regulation evolution that may affect the Company Business and share with the team related risks and opportunities.Provide technical data review or reports that will be part of regulatory submissions, with the aim to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation.Verify and review product promotional materials, labeling, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.Maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires.Keeping up to date with international legislation, guidelines, and customer practices in all countries in which the company operates.Requirements:University degree in Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, …).5+ Years of experience in Regulatory, ideally with previous experience working with regulatory bodies and understanding their requirements; experience in preparing and submitting regulatory documents for consumer products; familiarity with the regulatory landscape for FMCG products, including household goods, air care, pest control, detergents, and cosmetics; proven track record of successfully navigating regulatory approvals and maintaining compliance.Good knowledge of US and International regulations related to insecticides, air/car fresheners, detergents, and cosmetics.SAP experience is preferable.Fluency in written and spoken English.Team worker in a multicultural environment.Experience working with specialist computer software and resources.Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to learn from the experience of others, both inside and outside the organization.Solution-oriented mindset.Availability to travel for meetings or inspections.Zobele by kdc/one is an Equal Opportunity Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and qualifications.
