We are seeking a responsible, driven, and business-oriented Senior Sales Executive to represent an airline in the Brazilian market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving airline sales and promoting the brand within the market. Your duties will include planning, executing, and monitoring sales campaigns targeted at trade partners, as well as actively contributing to the airline's growth and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management: Oversee and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.Customer Base Expansion: Strategically support and grow the local client portfolio.Sales and Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing action plans to enhance brand awareness and boost performance.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.Contract Oversight: Manage the implementation and administration of client contracts.Channel Training and Development: Provide training and qualification for various distribution channels.Channel Strategy Recommendations: Propose tailored sales and marketing strategies for each channel.Performance Evaluation: Conduct meetings with distribution channels to analyze outcomes and adjust strategies.Market Research and Analysis: Gather market intelligence, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.Reporting and Analysis: Lead regular sales review meetings and provide detailed performance reports.Client Communication: Maintain consistent reporting and communication with clients.Event Participation: Represent the company at fairs, events, and workshops to enhance visibility and networking.Key SkillsEducational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.Professional Experience: Extensive experience in tourism sales, including at least one role within an airline.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Brazil's tourism trade, leisure and corporate travel sectors, consumer behavior, and market trends.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales within the airline and tourism industries.Segment Knowledge: Deep familiarity with travel and tourism industry segments and distribution channels.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs; familiarity with tourism distribution tools (e.g., GDS) and systems like e-Smash is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong organizational and analytical abilities; excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Bonus Experience: Background in international destination account management is a plus.About the position:Hybrid – at least 2 times a week in the officeShift: 9-18hIf you meet the described profile and are eager to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence, please send your résumé to ****** or click the APPLY NOW button below.
