Join Fime and make a difference!Making innovation possible.Mission:The Senior Sales Executive LatAm will drive revenue growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships with key clients in the payment industry, specifically acquirers, global and domestic schemes and issuers. This role focuses on expanding the company's footprint across Latin America, delivering industry-leading testing solutions to clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.ACTIVITIESAccount Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities, actively pursue new accounts, and create long-term client relationships with acquirers, issuers, and other payment industry stakeholders.Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction.Sales Process: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closure, leveraging a deep understanding of payment industry quality testing, security protocols, and system requirements.Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in Latin America to position the company's products effectively.Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with the company's product and service offerings, ensuring a seamless sales and post-sales experience.Reporting: Prepare regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and market feedback to inform the overall strategy and support decision-making.JOB EXPERIENCE10+ years' experience in sales or business development within the payments industry, with a specific focus on acquirers and issuers clientsProven track record in new account acquisition, as well as experience managing a portfolio of existing clients.Experience working in or selling to the Latin American market, with a strong understanding of regional payment processes and regulatory considerations.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSCompleted studies in a related fieldIn-depth understanding of payment processing, quality assurance tests, industry standards, security protocols, and payment system infrastructure
