And this is why we invest so much energy in helping our employees hone and expand their skills.Working for Linxens means investing in your future.Our growth is creating great opportunities!Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales of Linxens solutions for Smart Card BU in Brazil, targeting Payment, Transport, Access, and Telecom sectors. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, lead generation, relationship building along with developing sales strategy and responsible for the implementation and execution of the sales plan to achieve profitable results.ResponsibilitiesManage existing accounts and develop business with new customers.Build strong customer relationships.Promote Linxens' smart card solutions throughout the ecosystem. Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows and regional smart card events, thereby collecting market insights and promoting the Linxens brand.Liaise between regional customers and cross-functional teams within Linxens to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Prepare and present business proposals to customers and prospects in a timely manner in full compliance with Linxens' standard procedures.Provide first-level technical support when designing Linxens' smart card solutions.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the entire Smart Card BU to develop and deploy a coherent go-to-market strategy for Linxens' products and services.Monitor and report industry trends and share it with the larger sales and marketing team to facilitate product development, marketing strategies, and pricing recommendations.Qualifications6+ years of experience as Technical Sales / Sales Manager in Smart Card Segment in Brazil region.Masters / Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.Proven track record of successfully managing the entire sales process from planning to closing.Expertise in Sales forecasting, budgeting & executing.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.If you like having an impact on wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
