We're looking for a talented and passionate
Salesforce Administrator
to join CAF's team.
As the
Salesforce Administrator
, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce environment, ensuring exceptional user experience and system efficiency.
What you'll do
Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and reports.
Oversee the sandbox environment and manage DevOps/release processes.
Gather requirements and translate them into best practice, scalable solutions.
Identify unused or underutilized platform features and create a platform roadmap.
Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders effectively.
Improve Salesforce data quality through proactive data management and automation.
Conduct system maintenance, including Security Reviews and Health Checks.
Handle user support tickets and monitor user adoption.
Provide training for new and ongoing users, and maintain technical documentation.
Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers.
What you'll need
Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, specifically in Sales and Service Cloud.
Certification as a Salesforce Administrator and additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
Experience in change management and governance.
Advanced Salesforce development knowledge (APEX, LWC, Custom Packages integration).
