This position is a remote position to work from on in LATAM working with US clients.
You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.
We offer: 100% remote position Paid National Holidays off $26 to $32 USD per hour Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, tooling and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Github actions and other related Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Design and implement data models, custom objects, workflows, and automation using declarative tools.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure high quality and performance.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and related middleware tools.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and potential solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and maintainable solutions.
Requirements : 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components , and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware and ETL processes/tools .
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and demonstrate value.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, are highly desirable.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling/frameworks and SFDX CLI, VS Code
