It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America, and Latin America.We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region. Our desire is to provide SAP's customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP's latest technologies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork on leading customer-facing project implementations with a focus on SAP S4HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) and/or SAP TM (Transportation Management) solution portfolio.Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.Advise customers on industry best practices in the area of expertise.Configure the requirements in respective solutions.Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.Conduct testing, training, and support for master data migration.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP S4HANA SD and/or SAP TM.Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.Provide creative solutions to address customer issues.Execute innovation portfolio serving as the primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g., RDS's, Best practices implementation guides).Evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of the solution implemented by executing minimum test case scenarios.Engage with customer scenarios, understand business needs, and discuss best approaches to help them.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESKnowledge of SD standard and localized scenarios as well as SD/MM scenarios (Transference between plants).Knowledge of Brazilian localization, main taxes concepts, and Brazilian needs for NF issuing and reporting.Knowledge of tax procedure TAXBRA, tax codes setup, and main configuration for SD processes.Knowledge of NF-e outbound standard solution (SAP NFE Cloud / GRC) for both issues handling and basic setup.Experience developing/deploying as SD and/or TM resource on projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desired but not mandatory:Knowledge of ABAP programming (debugging).Knowledge of SAP Signavio.Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).EducationBachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.LOCATIONSão Leopoldo – Rio Grande do Sul (hybrid work mode).WORK AREAS4HANA Delivery @ ScaleEXPECTED TRAVELUp to 30%.LANGUAGE SKILLSEnglish – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Mandatory).Spanish – Good and effective in spoken Spanish (Optional).EMPLOYMENT TYPERegular Full Time.
