The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring that our team adheres to Agile principles and practices. As a Scrum Master, you will help remove impediments, coach the team, and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog effectively. This role is crucial for driving our on-board applications and customer-facing apps to success, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. As a Senior Scrum Master, your primary responsibilities will include: Facilitating Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are productive and focused. Coaching the Team : Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Removing Impediments: Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring that they can focus on delivering high-quality work. Collaboration with Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, facilitating communication and transparency. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting a healthy team dynamic and ensuring that all voices are heard. Performance Metrics: Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making. Agile Transformation: Support the organization in its Agile transformation journey, advocating for Agile principles and practices at all levels. Requirements: Must-Have Skills: Agile Methodologies: Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. You should be able to implement Agile practices effectively and adapt them to the team's needs. Team Facilitation: Proven ability to facilitate team discussions and ceremonies, ensuring that all team members are engaged and contributing to the process. Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to mediate disputes and foster a collaborative team environment.
