The project: We are looking for an exceptional Frontend React Developer for this fully remote opportunity to work with a US-based client in the pharmacy services industry. They provide solutions to help everyone enjoy the benefits of quality healthcare, improving the traditional pharmacy experience by offering an all-in-one healthcare solution for your entire flock.
Responsibilities: Identify and remove impediments.Employ a culture of continuous improvements like eliminating waste and delays in the software development cycle.Consolidate metrics that show team progress or bottlenecks.Have a collaborative mindset between team members and with the customer.Accept change and adapt accordingly.Keep team members motivated toward project goals.Strong communication and transparency skills.Good decision-making skills. Coordinate the project plan by identifying project deliverables, milestones, scheduling, and required tasks. Ensure completeness of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle and obtain appropriate approvals at each phase. Manage and monitor project status by establishing a regular meeting schedule with project teams. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress is on schedule and outstanding items or issues are successfully resolved.Facilitate communication among different team members.Align with the client on the product vision and ensure that vision is clear to every team member. Help create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog.Employ techniques for backlog estimation and prioritization. Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospective, review, and daily meetings throughout the release cycles.Consolidate metrics that show team progress or bottlenecks (KPI).Requirements: Fluent English4+ years experience as an Agilist3+ years experience as a Scrum MasterScrum Certified (PSM preferred). 3 years experience with Jira boards, queries, dashboards, and reports. Advanced understanding of software development life cycle stages (not necessarily as a developer).Proactivity.Strong problem-solving mindset.Preferred Skills: Experience in Project Management role in teams with more than 20 professionals.
