If you are a highly skilled Senior Automation and Tools programmer looking for the next big opportunity, come join our team.In this role, you willLeverage your strong C#/C++ programming skills and deep understanding of game engines (preferably Unreal Engine) to build robust and scalable Automation solutions with impact across EpicCollaborate closely with developers and QA teams to identify pain points and develop innovative, effective automation solutions that yield tangible business resultsOptimize Developer and QA workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing productivityTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to tools and automationMentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Programming, or a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum 4+ years of experience as a Tools/Automation programmer working with a game engineStrong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithmsDeep understanding and practical application of C++ and C# programming languagesStrong debugging skills in an Unreal/any game engine-based development environmentA solid track record of delivering effective tools and Automation solutions in AAA game development environmentExceptional problem-solving skills, translating abstract challenges into clear and actionable solutionsExperience mentoring junior team members and providing feedbackEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEWe pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps).
