**What you will do**:

We are looking for a senior Service Designer to join our organization in Latin America. You'll play a crucial role in creating meaningful and seamless experiences for users while aligning business objectives and operational capabilities.

- Lead the Service Design process of a new product/service at exploration, concept design, prototyping and testing phases to define the "what" and "why" of a new idea.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of users or customers.
- Balance foresight into business case development when co-creating roadmaps with great storytelling skills.
- Facilitates workshops and design thinking sessions to foster collaboration and creativity among team members and stakeholders.
- Map out the entire service ecosystem, including touchpoints, interactions and stakeholders involved in delivering the service/product.
- Develop detailed service blueprints that outline the process flows, interactions, and dependencies.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather input, gain buy-in, and ensure support for the service design initiatives.
- Support business on prioritizing ideas and requirements, performs a product value mapping, build the ideation phase, prototyping and testing.
- Create prototype and conduct tests to iteratively improve the service design based on user feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, software engineers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of service design principles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the service design through metrics, user feedback, and usability testing, and making adjustments as needed.
- Your expertise is a key component of successful Connected Solutions making them efficient and effective!
**Qualifications**:
- Strong experience in service design or a mix of service, UX, and research design.
- University degree in Design, Computer Science or related design field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in service design practice, design thinking, business design and/or user research.
- You love to work in a cross-functional, agile & goal-driven setting, where you present, promote and lead key activities.
- You are expert on using customer insights, running contextual research, mapping customer journeys, leading ideation workshops.
- Experience on prototyping is desired.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design processes and passionate about solving complex Service and UX challenges.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate workshops and set design sprints.
- Good team player - must be able to work with stakeholders at various levels in a global team
- Multicultural experience is an asset
