**DAILY ACTIVITIES**
- Setup and Support rich-text communication plans for Business and Technical Leadership
- Support timely (with SLA targets) collection of Root Cause Analysis, Prevention/Fix Activities, Application Impact Analysis
- Setup leadership and team-based reports and dashboards for Open Tasks
- Support and Utilize ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party tools including:
- OpsGenie for callouts to On-Call Support Personnel and communications to Technical Leadership
- Webex Teams for internal Voice and Chat collaboration used during Major Incidents
- Atlassian Jira Service Management as a possible input source for Major Incidents
- Atlassian Jira Software as a common source of Planned Work for Prevention/Fix activities related to Major Problems (Stories, Features, Bugs)
- Use of CMDB data to populate certain fields in Major Incidents and Major Problems or drive certain behaviors
- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- ServiceNow Certification (at least one):
- Implementor (IT Service Management),
- System Administrator
- Developer
- Experience with Java or a similar OO language
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and some development
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
- Analytical and design skills
