Machinery Partner brings the best of the tech ecosystem to industrial businesses that build physical products with large, heavy, complex pieces of equipment and make our modern physical world run.The Role:In this role as a full-stack JavaScript engineer, you will be building out technology to support the rapid growth of Machinery Partner.You'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.You will get to solve problems rapidly, architect solutions, decide on technologies, and build winning products.A candidate for this role should be comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, third-party libraries, and no-code use.You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and creating user value.Machinery Partner's product team values deep user empathy, speed, creativity, and delivering outcomes for the business.What you will Do:Work with the development team to ideate software solutions.Design client-side and server-side architecture.Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.Write effective APIs where needed.Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.Create security and data protection settings.Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.Write technical documentation.Work with data and stakeholders to improve the software.Who you Are:5+ years of Experience working as a senior software engineer.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., Typescript).Knowledge of numerous back-end technologies (e.g., Next.js, Vercel).Experience with no code solutions like (e.g., Airtable, Webflow, Stacker, Adalo, Notion).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Great attention to detail.An analytical mind.A proactive problem-solving approach.Our Benefits:Hybrid Work Environment.Incentive Bonus Plans.100% Medical and Dental benefits.401K.Paid Holidays.Paid Time Off.Employee Stock Plan.Paid Parental and Family Leave.and more!EEO Statement:Machinery Partner is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
