Senior Software Engineer

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience in working with software development projects
At least 2 years of leading small teams
Experience with Cloud Environment
Deep technical skills in applying design patterns and testing
Deep understanding and experience with architectural patterns and system design
Communication skills in English and Portuguese
A collaborative mindset that values diverse viewpoints
Passion for delivering high-quality solutions and learning new technologies
Interest in partaking in a fast-growing tech startup scene and collaborating with people from different backgrounds
What role will you play?

Collaborate in the software development activities with Portuguese and Brazilian colleagues in the team.
Be in direct contact with team members of startups to constantly align on development strategy and status.
Contribute to solving the challenges of creating a thriving business by actively participating in meetings and developing code in digital tools and platforms.
Support the entire application development lifecycle from requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, code review, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the further development of existing and new solutions and processes.
