We are committed to enhancing patient care and compliance through innovative solutions.Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, React, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in building scalable applications and ensuring robust security measures compliant with HIPAA standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain our services using Python and FastAPI.Implement and manage background tasks and notifications using Redis Queue or similar technologies.Design and execute web crawling solutions.Leverage GCP tools including Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Spanner, Cloud Scheduler, and Pub/Sub to enhance application performance and scalability.Ensure the security of all systems, with a strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and best practices.Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate APIs with React.js-based interfaces using Jotai, React Query, Zustand, and Radix-UI.Address and improve concurrent request handling and scalability issues using Gunicorn, Uvicorn, and Cloud Run.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software development using Python & React.Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform and its various services.Experience with web scraping tools.Strong understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React.js and state management libraries.Demonstrated experience in implementing security protocols and ensuring data protection in compliance with HIPAA.Familiarity with the US healthcare system and its regulations is highly preferred.Communication:Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proactive in identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.What We Offer:A competitive salary and stock options grant.Holiday schedule according to your country of residence and PTO.An innovative and high-pace work environment with a flat management hierarchy.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply:Submit your resume on LinkedIn and a cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for this role.
