We invite a talented, flexible, and proactive full-stack Software Engineer with strong React.js and PHP skills to join our team as a technical lead.
In this role, you'll drive the development of a fast-growing food tech platform that connects food producers with hotel clients to offer customized, branded meal experiences.
You'll help scale the platform by shaping our technology strategy and leveraging your expertise to support rapid growth.

Is that you?
5+ years in a senior tech leadership role Experience leading third-party/distributed teams Expertise in backend (PHP, Laravel) development Expertise in frontend (React.js, Svelte, TypeScript, Tailwind) development Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Docker Experience with PostgreSQL, microservices, and API integration Strong understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions) Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance Strong leadership, project coordination, and time/resource management skills Proven ability to lead tech teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget Upper-Intermediate+ English level Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business teams Ability to multitask effectively and work independently or with minimal supervision Desirable: Startup experience, particularly in fintech or restaurant tech domains Familiarity with integrating third-party services (e.g., payment, customer support, analytics, etc.)
Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll lead a talented engineering team, set technical direction, and drive the development of scalable, secure solutions that support business goals and growth.
Lead and mentor the tech team for smooth operations and timely project delivery Drive the platform's tech strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and scaling plans Oversee new feature development and optimize the platform for growth Manage third-party development partners, ensuring quality deliverables and timely execution Work with product and commercial teams to prioritize features and enhancements Manage the tech budget and allocate resources effectively Ensure system stability, security, and performance with best practices in CI/CD and code quality Stay hands-on with development, guiding the team through technical challenges Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices for monitoring and incident management Be the main point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering teams What's working at Dev.Pro like?
