Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Our cutting-edge platform empowers businesses to connect with their customers in meaningful ways, utilizing the latest technologies to enhance communication, streamline processes, and drive overall customer satisfaction.As we are growing our market presence we are looking for a software quality assurance engineer to join our team and help drive the end-to-end quality process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Qualifications:7+ years of software QA engineering experience, with a focus on both manual and automated testing for web-based applications3+ years of building, operating, and maintaining test automation frameworksProven track record in testing client-server architectures at the UI and API level, particularly in a cloud-based (SaaS) environmentStrong understanding of software testing theoryExperience working with Agile or Kanban methodologiesProfessional level English language comprehension skills (written and verbal)Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and championing quality-related improvementsRequirementsStrong knowledge of manual testing processes, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testingProficiency in two or more automation frameworksExperience in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reportsExperience with scripting languages for test automation, such as Python, JavaScript, Typescript, or C#Ability to design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based and API-driven applicationsExperience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools to automate the execution of testsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailNice to HavePrior experience in the messaging spaceWorked for a fast-moving startupWe are looking for the BEST who want to be part of a fast-growing company set to take off.
