Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and how to translate that into technical requirements for our customers. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to users during the sales cycle to help customers, prospects, and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives.As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling-yet-understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic customers in our LatAm market by building bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects.In this role, you'll:Become a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales and Customer SuccessArticulate Chainalysis product offerings to prospects, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions add value to achieving their business objectivesCraft tailored demos and proof of values to shine the spotlight on the value of Chainalysis solutionsOwn achieving the "technical win" during the sales cycle and lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points and use cases all while effectively capturing client requirementsDesign customer specific solutions and collaborate internally to address product feedback and innovative workaroundsProvide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture, API implementation, and workflow designAlign closely with our product and engineering teams, helping prioritize feedback from the fieldRepresent Chainalysis at industry events and conferencesSupport the wider Solutions Architecture team by contributing to and driving internal projectsWe're looking for candidates who have:Multiple years of experience in one of the below areas:Financial Services (including roles in risk, compliance, investigations, cyber threat intelligence, digital assets)Global Cryptocurrency Exchange (including roles in transaction monitoring, compliance, investigations)Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect or Product Manager serving the Enterprise and Financial ServicesExperience working with the complex and translating to the simple to understandExcellent storytelling skills and comfortable presenting to larger teams as well as both technical and non-technical audiencesA creative and logical approach to challenges and problem-solvingAn interest in blockchain and are a curious technologist always looking to build upon your skillsetA technical generalist background, but are comfortable with REST APIs and SQLWritten and spoken fluency in English, Spanish, and PortugueseAbout ChainalysisBlockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation.
