The Senior Specialist, LATAM, Communications will report to the Director of Global Communications and will work closely with the LATAM Managing Director, marketing team, and business leaders to develop and ensure alignment of efforts in the region to support NSF's growth.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Establish and deliver external B2C and B2B PR and social media strategies to support the organization's priorities and elevate NSF's profile in the LATAM market;Must have established relationships with B2C and B2B press in the region;Must have experience with social media strategy, content development, and analytics;Experience reporting KPIs and metrics is required to show progress;Oversee communications activities including media outreach, content development, and crisis management within the region;Through alignment with the LATAM Managing Director and regional marketing team, oversee regional communications strategies and execution to drive better alignment, understanding, and dialogue across the region to support NSF's mission, goals, and objectives;Identify opportunities to tell the NSF story to stakeholders and drive brand awareness to support NSF's global mission, goals, and objectives;Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks to NSF's reputation within LATAM and lead the development of comprehensive issues management and crisis communications plans; respond to stakeholders as needed in sensitive/threatening situations;Partner with Brand to ensure communication messages are effective and consistent across the LATAM market;Work with divisional and regional marketing leaders to story-mine and align efforts;Serve as communications advisor to LATAM Managing Director;Work closely with the Global Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and positioning around the world;Regular liaison and brainstorming with the regional leads and marketing directors to ensure you are able to deliver expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
