Senior Staff Accountant

Position Name: Sr. Staff Accountant Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to manage various accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end closing processes.
The candidate will leverage NetSuite expertise to optimize workflows, prepare financial reports, and support compliance and audits.
This role requires advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Availability: Full-Time: 9-5 EST, 40 hours per week Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and payable processes Lead the monthly close process Ensure accurate transaction categorization in NetSuite Prepare financial reports and support audits Identify opportunities for process improvement Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with major retailers Expertise in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills English level: C1 (Professional proficiency)
