Senior Staff Consultant - Product Owner

That is where you come in!Job DescriptionCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.Work closely with the development team to refine and clarify requirements, acting as a bridge to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.Assist in the execution of product validation and testing, ensuring requirements are met.Play an active role in managing customer support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them, and facilitating the resolution process by liaising between end-users and technical teams.Problem Solving:Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Communication:Excellent presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.Time Management:Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, meeting project deadlines.Collaboration:Works well in team environments and builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers.Adaptability:Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.QualificationsMust have Skills:Jira, Requirements Elicitation, Client Interaction (Strong), Complex problem solving.
