The Senior Staff Data Scientist at Unico will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions using AI/Machine Learning, leading the resolution of complex technical challenges in collaboration with various teams and leadership. They will play a crucial role in integrating different areas and in strategic business decisions, working closely with the engineering and product team to deeply understand the products, processes, and the business.The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities to use data to create insights and support the resolution of strategic problems, and leading the development of end-to-end decision support solutions including the conception and creation of AI/ML models.
