**Department Overview**: The PremierOne CAD and Mobile team develops software for public safety organizations to manage emergency dispatch and reporting.
The team is part of the Motorola Video and Software organization which builds secure, scalable and reliable on-premise and cloud based products to serve public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world providing sophisticated and customized workflows and cost effective solutions to municipalities of all sizes.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Expert-level understanding of Object Oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices, with a proven track record of leading the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade software systems.
- Advanced experience with UI programming in C#/.NET, including a strong grasp of multiple UI frameworks and experience architecting and leading the development of highly interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Exceptional debugging skills, including proficiency with advanced debugging tools, memory dumps, performance profiling, and root cause analysis.
- Expertise with Git and other distributed version control systems, including experience with branching strategies, code reviews, and managing large code bases.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, including experience guiding and mentoring junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing, and promoting team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to independently architect, design, and lead the development of complex software solutions, including responsibility for project scope, technical direction, and team management.
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions, advocate for best practices, and drive innovation within the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges.
- MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
