Robinson and its customers.
In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our customers' supply chains, from sourcing to transportation, to warehouse management and beyond.
Your aptitude for problem-solving and data analysis will be vital as you craft efficient processes and provide stakeholders with actionable insights through financial baselines and savings calculations.
This role is unique in that you will also have the opportunity to lead enterprise-level projects, shaping the future of supply chain strategies for both C.H.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with in-office requirements aligned with each location's guidelines.Responsibilities:Analyze historic and forecasted data to generate summaries, baselines, and cost improvement opportunitiesDevelop complex solutions and recommendations for customer issues or opportunities using technical expertise and judgmentWork independently to implement customer solutions including documenting customer procedures, training, and resolving operational issuesManage project teams responsible for defining scope, developing project plans, tracking activities, reporting on progress, and measuring resultsAlign and communicate with customer or internal stakeholders to gather information such as voice of the customer, scope, opportunities, deliverables, and project milestonesGenerate appropriate communications for delivering project updates and summaries to internal and external audiencesReceive coaching, guidance, and feedback from team manager to develop or improve leadership skillsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of department strategies for team skill and capability development or enhancementOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 4 years of professional work experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and summarize data, including graphs, charts, formulas, functions, macros, VBA, solvers, and regression analysisExperience using data visualization and analytical toolsAbility to travel a minimum of 10% (domestically and internationally)Preferred Qualifications:International freight experienceAble to identify trends, patterns and outliers in supply chain data and form insights, recommendations, and ability to coach others in seeing and telling the storyStrong delegation, organization, and task management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects/business goals simultaneouslyUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain functions and relationshipsChampion of lean processes and tools for continuous improvementValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentEqual Opportunity and Affirmative Action EmployerC.H.
