What you'll doAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Tech Division, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
