Join us in making vacation rental management effortless and efficient.About the JobTurno is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to facilitate and optimize Turno's software delivery process, ensuring teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.This position is remote and we are accepting candidates from Latin America.ResponsibilitiesStreamline Scrum Processes:Implement and refine standardized templates for sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Reduce the average time spent in meetings, while maintaining or increasing their effectiveness.Facilitate Effective Communication:Ensure meetings are concise and focused.Enhance cross-functional communication.Ensure all planning meetings follow an agenda and pre-work is well prepared.Optimize Sprint Planning and Execution:Achieve high sprint completion rate.Ensure backlog refinement sessions are held regularly, maintaining a well-groomed and estimated backlog.Enhance Agile Metrics and Reporting:Develop and maintain a dashboard for key Scrum metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).Present sprint performance reports to stakeholders at the end of each sprint.Promote a Culture of Retrospective and Learning:Ensure that action items from retrospectives are tracked and implemented.Conduct quarterly workshops on agile practices and continuous improvement.Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in agile project management roles, ideally at a cloud software company. Proven experience planning, tracking and executing complex software projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Ability to plan and lead meetings and discussions, and facilitate communication between teams and with leadership.Ability to work directly with software developers in discussing technical issues, implementation plans, and tradeoffs.Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations, keep track of multiple work streams at the same time, and keep project management software up to date and well organized.
