Their mission is to make payments simple, accessible, and secure for everyone, everywhere.The Opportunity:Our client is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to take charge of managing the technical and operational relationship with key resellers, particularly mobile carriers, and leading streaming merchants. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing complex integration projects for bundling solutions, ensuring these projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.You'll be working directly with top-tier resellers and merchants, guiding them through the technical aspects of integration, and ensuring seamless execution. With a focus on technical excellence, operational efficiency, and a keen eye for detail, you'll lead multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.What You'll Do:Lead Technical Integrations: Own the technical solution design and integration process, working closely with resellers and merchants to assess their technical capabilities and ensure successful bundling solutions.Solution Design & Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses to align reseller bundling solutions with merchant requirements, ensuring all technical and operational specifications are met.Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including developers, QA specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.Drive Project Timelines & Quality: Oversee integration projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and scope to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.Problem-Solve & Escalate: Proactively address technical challenges that arise, escalating issues when necessary and driving resolutions with urgency.Project Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, including solution designs, status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.Support Pre-Sales Efforts: Provide technical input and expertise during the pre-sales phase, supporting business development and helping win new clients.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure that solutions align with industry best practices.What We're Looking For:Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical pre-sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects in fast-paced environments.Industry Knowledge: Experience in managing integration projects in the fintech, payments, or mobile industries is highly desirable.Technical Expertise: Strong background in designing and managing API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and working with web services across various technologies.Project Management Skills: Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt and manage diverse project requirements.Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders, to achieve shared goals.Technical Competency: Strong understanding of software development practices and a deep ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify underlying issues and propose actionable solutions.Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.SQL Skills: Solid SQL knowledge for database management and querying.Why Join Us?Stock Equity: Own a part of a publicly listed company.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy extra vacation days between Christmas and New Year and the flexibility of remote work with a home office equipment budget.Family-Friendly: We are proud to be a family-friendly employer with a certified gold level.Career Growth: Be part of a dynamic, international team with endless opportunities for personal development, growth, and learning.Global Impact: Work with industry-leading names in mobile, digital, and gaming sectors, shaping the future of mobile payments.Team Culture: Enjoy frequent team events that will help you connect with a motivated, talented, and fun group of professionals.Autonomy & Responsibility: Take charge of your role and make a real impact in a fast-paced and innovative company.Ready to make an impact with a leader in the payments and fintech industry?
