We believe in building a dynamic, innovative, and authentic team that will make a meaningful impact by connecting exceptional talent with a company that has strong values.In this role, you can expect to:Lead and manage full-cycle hiring process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.Hire teammates globally, including Brazil, Ireland, Romania, and the US.Build strong talent pipelines via various platforms with a focus on diverse pools of talent.Partner with the broader TA team to define and launch new recruitment strategies.Execute a high touch candidate experience, ensuring clear expectations regarding the interview process and dbt Labs values.Collaborate with the People Operations team on initiatives including diversity, equity, and inclusion.Lead by example as a self-starter who takes initiative and thinks strategically.Be data driven: Use reporting and analytics to make sound business decisions.Contribute to a culture of feedback by openly sharing and receiving constructive feedback.Advise Hiring Managers on recruiting tactics and best practices.You are a good fit if you have:At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.Strong business acumen to partner and build relationships within the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.Experience recruiting internationally, especially in LATAM, US, and EMEA.Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/technologies.Ability to interpret market trends and adjust talent acquisition strategies.Ability to function as a collaborative team member in a rapid pace environment.You'll have an edge if you have:Experience using Greenhouse.Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed tech company.Experience in a remote-first organization.SaaS industry experience.Compensation:$25-45 / hour, 40 hours a week, 6 month contract.What to expect in the hiring process:Initial Interview with Talent Partner.Interview with Head of People.Interview with Director of Engineering.Who we areAt dbt Labs, we have developed strong opinions on how companies should practice analytics.
