Resume must be in English for consideration C Three Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to remotely work with our dynamic team in the Dallas area. You will be sourcing and screening technical talent in the United states. Past experience sourcing and staffing in the continental U.S. preferred. Having an established large network in the U.S. of technical talent preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a broad understanding of technology, and excel in building strong relationships, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a proven technical staffing recruiter from an agency background. Must have integrity, strong work ethic, be disciplined and driven to succeed, great attitude and strive for excellence. You will be supporting our Senior Business Development Manager staffing enterprise level clients and small to medium size businesses. Must be fluent in spoken and written english. Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end technical recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technology needs and provide insightful recommendations. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier technical talent. Manage a high-volume workload, ensuring timely delivery and meeting recruitment metrics. Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals within the industry. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruiting strategies accordingly. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting and staffing experience in a recruiting agency. Must have an agency background. Proven success in fast-paced recruiting and staffing environments, meeting tight deadlines and targets. In-depth knowledge of various technologies and the ability to articulate technical requirements to hiring managers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interview and screening skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Ability to confidently engage with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions. Fluent in written and spoken english. Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent located in the United States. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment goals.
