We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.What you`ll do:We are looking for an experienced senior User Assistance developer to work on a new and exciting cloud offering.The Role:Research, map, and validate user journeys for our products with an emphasis of how language can increase adoption and improve onboarding.Create help documentation (embedded help, multi-media, and documentation) targeted at various user profiles.Write UI texts and other UX copy to enhance the usability of our products in close collaboration with all stakeholders.Create or participate in creation of video tutorials to guide our users through the apps (script writing, screen recording, video editing) that match our video guidelines.Define terminology (simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards).Adhere to standards and guidelines to deliver high quality user assistance.Participate in initiatives to improve tools, processes, and content.Act as an advocate for an excellent user experience.Lead user assistance projects, serve as a SME for development/User Assistance initiatives, and help mentor team members.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, UX Design, Computer Science, or any other related experience.Extensive experience in information development, technical writing, support, or other forms of content development.Ideally first-language proficiency in English, or excellent written and spoken skills in English.Experience in serving as a content SME within a Development group.Extensive experience in technical writing along with experience in documenting end-2-end user experiences.The ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner.Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills.The ability to work within tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality.Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members.Excellent organizational skills.Meet your team:The Cloud Data User Assistance team is being built around a couple of key positions and so this is an excellent opportunity to take part in creating something new and exciting.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
