Your Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Trade Promotion Consultant for Latin America.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building strong relationships, organizing impactful trade initiatives, and driving exceptional results.
Experience in the agricultural, food & beverage, retail, or food service sectors is required.
Expertise in the dairy or seafood industries is highly welcomed.
Key Responsibilities Develop and sustain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and retailers to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Organize and represent River Global and clients at trade missions, industry events, trade shows, and seminars to build strategic connections.
Plan and execute events, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
Conduct in-depth market research , transforming insights into actionable strategies tailored to client needs.
Monitor trade activities and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with KPIs, such as increased market penetration, brand awareness, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
Evaluate campaign success through metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sustainable results.
Navigate and address Latin American regulatory requirements to support smooth market entry and expansion.
Required Qualifications Advanced/Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in the agricultural, food, and beverage industry, preferably in trade promotion or international business development.
Expertise in organizing events, trade missions, trade shows, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns with demonstrated success.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive , thriving independently in a dynamic environment.
Availability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
