We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.What you'll doCraft User-Centric Content: Create, design, and test user assistance content for WalkMe that guides and empowers users to be successful with our solutions.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers on how to best integrate that content into the user experience, exchanging feedback on structure, interaction design, and assistance needs.Maintain Content Quality: Regularly update content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving product features and business goals; proofread and edit content for usability, readability, and linguistic correctness; support UA team members in planning, implementing, and coordinating their WalkMe content.Champion Content Best Practices: Advocate for and implement content standards and best practices for WalkMe; participate in projects to improve UA tools, processes, and content.The RoleAs a Senior User Assistance Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP Ariba (Procurement) applying agile principles to ensure timely delivery of relevant User Assistance deliverables, with a strong focus on in-app help, specifically WalkMe.
