What's the Role?
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across our platform.
You'll leverage your expertise in Figma, your deep understanding of user behavior on both desktop and mobile platforms, and your ability to use data to drive business decisions.
Your designs will directly contribute to the success of our clients, helping them to achieve their digital engagement goals with ease and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of user-centric solutions for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma, ensuring consistency and high quality across all designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Translate business requirements and user research findings into detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions, making adjustments based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Champion user experience best practices and contribute to the development of internal design systems and processes.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX design, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
A keen eye for detail, teamwork spirit, and deadline-driven.
Professional English proficiency (C1 level or above).
Desirable skills:
Mastery in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Data-driven – Using 3rd party tools to understand user behavior to make adjustments to product flows.
Demonstrated Figma Library, Variables and Tokens experience | Design Systems.
Prototyping for all devices.
