Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
Senior UX/UI Designer
to join our dynamic team.
As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that align with our business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design principles across all platforms.
This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of user experience design, and the ability to translate complex requirements into visually compelling and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Develop and implement UX/UI strategies that align with product goals and company vision.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for web and mobile applications.
Ensure consistency in visual elements, adhering to branding guidelines and design systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to translate ideas into innovative designs.
Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into iterative improvements.
Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into workflows where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects for web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
Expertise in creating and implementing design systems.
Knowledge of tools for conducting user research and data analysis (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, UserTesting).
