We don't rely on stock footage. Based on what you receive, we will expect you to creatively add effects, and audio design, and make the base edit engaging and captivating to watch. Collaborative Environment: You'll work closely with a dedicated team, including the Creative Director and Content Strategist. Speed of execution is crucial: We will expect approximately 4-6 edited video bodies and 7-10 hook variants for review, with revisions, within two days of assigning the task. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with your co-workers to share knowledge and maintain project consistency. Embrace Revisions: Be prepared for multiple rounds of revisions, as we strive for perfection in our content. Innovate & Experiment: Bring fresh ideas daily and experiment with new techniques to keep our content engaging. Daily Status Meetings: Participate in weekly status meetings with the Creative Director and team. Team Collaboration: This role involves close collaboration with our Creative Director and Content Strategist. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be fluent in English EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Minimum years of experience in related fields: 2 years - Experience creating fast-paced content for Meta, Shorts, and TikTok - you should know how to make it grab attention immediately and how to keep it. - Creating fast-paced content that grabs attention - Ability to use AI tools such as audio enhancement, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT - Experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Experience with scripted content - Excellent knowledge of TikTok/Meta/YouTube trends.
