- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Implement enhancement projects to increase warehouse and distribution efficiency, reducing costs and improving service levels.
- ** Supplier Management**: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and transportation companies to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards.
- ** Data Analysis**: Utilize SAP and other analytical tools to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- ** Financial Governance**: Support and execute financial control and governance within the W&D area, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.
- ** Project Leadership**: Participate in projects focused on savings initiatives and operational enhancements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment across the supply chain.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, project progress, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- ** Cost Savings**: Measure the impact of implemented projects on overall logistics and distribution costs.
- ** Financial Compliance**: Assess adherence to financial governance standards and budgetary controls within the W&D area.
- ** Supplier Performance**: Evaluate third-party supplier performance against key service level agreements (SLAs).
- ** Project Milestones**: Track the successful completion of project deliverables within set timelines and budgets.
- ** Data Accuracy**: Ensure the accuracy of 3PL data inputs in reporting tools.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- ** Financial Knowledge**: Experience with financial governance and budget management within operations.
- ** Project Management**: Demonstrated experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
