Job responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the day-to-day management of warehousing inbound shelving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory management and other operational modules; 2.Manage self-owned warehouse or third-party suppliers to implement and improve the warehousing operation process and rules and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations; 3.Reasonable allocation of warehousing jobs, operational processes of manpower and other resources to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs; 4.Real-time monitoring of all aspects of production and operation, timely reporting, dealing with various problems and failures, to ensure the smooth progress of production and operation; 5.Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as problem communication and resolution; 6.Responsible for the implementation of 5s activities and the promotion of lean production concepts at the warehouse site; 7.Responsible for the daily operation of the department staff business training and guidance, team building and talent echelon training. Tenure Requirements: 1.Full-time undergraduate degree or above, logistics management, international trade and other related majors are preferred; 2.5 years warehouse management experience, familiar with warehouse operation process; 3.Good system and logical thinking ability, understand the complexity of things, and be able to consider the problem from a global perspective; 4.High data sensitivity, strong sense of operation monitoring, able to grasp the data to analyze the problem to reach the goal; 5.Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, good cross-departmental communication skills, organization and coordination ability.
