We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practicesCreate concept pages, the scope of work documents, and time estimatesCreate custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website componentsOptimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsivenessImplement and customize third-party integrationsPerform website updates, backups, and security enhancementsConduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devicesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processesBuild website helper pages and landing pages on GHL.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with 5 years of experienceAbility to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom, email, and Trello boards in EnglishAbility to manage junior website developersProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPStrong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and pluginsExperience with responsive design and mobile optimizationKnowledge of SEO best practices and implementationFamiliarity with version control systems, such as GitExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workAdditional Details:Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply.
