The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for " Service Desk Analyst" who wants to learn and transform his career.Must HaveGood written communication (chat support) and clear conversation for telephone supportGood logical thinking to solve problems/find solutionsPortuguese (will work in Latin America in portuguese); Basic/intermediary IT experienceResponsible for first level problem solving, remote access, telephone support, Chat system support, backlog management, in the Latin American region, working in Portuguese and Spanish language.
