The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst , who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will:English and Spanish AdvancedTicket Management: Receive, prioritize, and manage service desk tickets using ServiceNowTroubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
