In this role you will: -To handle technical updaes and knowledge management in customer environment -Support Service Desk Agents in order to provide quick and effective answers for enduser -Interface between L2 Support/Customer and Service Desk agents for updates or changes for products, apps or technical procedures. - Handle medium complex requests from customers and diagnose and resolve medium complex issues - Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions - Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers - Walk the customer through the problem-solving process - Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel - Provide accurate information on IT products or services - Record events and problems and their resolution in logs - Provide guidance and mentor the junior team members And much better if you stand out for: Bachelor's degree or studying in the area of Technology Experience in IT technical support areas, minimum of 1 year Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System and/or higher Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams) Knowledge in computer networks (TCP/IP, routing, protocols) Knowledge in information security (firewall, antivirus; proxy) Intermediate English Language (Reading/Writing) Intermediate Spanish Language (Reading/Writing) Be organized and able to properly document the work done. Demonstrate ability in oral and written communication. Demonstrate ability to deal with conflict situations and resolve them effectively. Have a proactive attitude. .
