We are looking for Service Desk support who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: MIM management, Service Desk support L.5 Ideal if you have: Advance/Spanish English. ITIL Knowledge, Windows 10 and 11, Office365, Service now, incident management, Major incident management, basic network, Active Directory.Strong communication skills. Degree in IT in progress or technical course in progress or completed or previous experience in these skills listed above Good to Have: Graduated in IT area. What do we offer?
