Service Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. Responsibilities Be responsible for customer technical support, troubleshooting and feedback. Be responsible for guiding and tracking customers' product rectification. Organize on-site training and provide on-site feedback to customers. Assist with difficult customer issues. Works with assigned dealerships to promote the use of LGMG service parts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in the AWP(Arial work platform) areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to converse with dealers and customers Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently is required Ability to drive and travel up during the work.
