Job Description
McSweeney Auto Group is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Central, Alabama.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department to ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise service department staff

Plan and schedule service appointments

Monitor service workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality service

Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures

Train and develop service department employees

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership performance

Requirements:

Prior experience in an automotive service management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software

Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer demands
