Service Manager

Job responsibility: 1.Coordinate and control mining service operations; 2.Monitor and guide professionals in contracts; 3.Ensure proper use of equipment; 4.Ensure compliance with productivity, quality, deadlines and the provision of technical support; 5.Ensure proper use of auxiliary equipment and tools, as well as ensure compliance with XCMG and the client's environmental safety standards and procedures; 6.Act as the person responsible for and main communication channel with the client "mine operation", acting to mitigate critical issues of the day; 7.Respond to repairs, testing, repair reports and release of products to the areas involved and in customer service; 8.
Direct management of the technical and operational team allocated to the region of operation; 9.Control and optimize costs and resources.
Job requirements: 1.Completed higher education in mechanical engineering, electrical and/or related fields; 2.Experience with mining equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment is preferred.
