As a Service Operations Lead you will be responsible for: Planning resources (personnel, material and information) to carry out services; Coordinating the daily activities of field engineers; Control hours spent on projects, activities and services; Organizing logistics with the support of the office team; Controlling expenses related to services performed; Taking part in technical and commercial meetings with clients and internal staff; Negotiating scope, planning and execution of services with clients and internal staff; Reviewing internal documents (Work Plan and Service Report); Entering documents and updates into the ERP according to the stages of the service; Coordinating and facilitating access to information and knowledge with the head office in Holland. You feel comfortable within technical organizations and know how to switch with different levels, this role might be perfect for you. If you have/are: Advanced/fluent English (will be tested during the selection process). A bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Automation Engineering; Production Engineering, or Business Administration. Excel - intermediate or advanced. Experience in customer service and team management. Knowledge of the offshore market and knowledge of Huisman products or similar equipment would be a plus.
