We have launched our ambition, MissionZero – enabling our customers to move towards zero emissions cement plant by 2030.Your responsibilities Ensure that client expectations are understood and achievable in terms of deliverables, deadlines, and costs.Fulfill all commercial scopes of the purchase orders (POs) under your management.Responsible for the end-to-end process of Upgrade & Rebuilds purchase orders under your administration and for ensuring compliance with the execution plan and the baseline schedule.Guarantee communication and relationship with the clients of the orders to be executed (acting as the focal point), from the receipt of each order to the delivery of the goods.Responsible for organizing a support team including Procurement, Production, Finance, Quality, and Logistics, to ensure that Upgrade & Rebuild orders are completed according to the established delivery schedule, quality standards, and expected contribution margin.Ensure control and compliance with the objectives set in the Project Execution Plan.Responsible for implementing corrective actions when deviations from the execution plan occur.Ensure the supply of spare parts and materials for Upgrade & Rebuild purchase orders, whether from inventory, direct procurement, or client contributions.Responsible for conducting risk analyses for Upgrade & Rebuild orders with structured project frameworks and standards.Ensure timely corrective actions to mitigate any risks during execution, guaranteeing compliance with associated KPIs such as Revenue, Contribution Margin, DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time), and Quality.Guarantee the timely billing process for each assigned order and ensure the corresponding payment of these invoices for each executed order.
Manage payment statuses and all necessary documentation for the billing process.Implement the standardization of procedures and best practices for Upgrade & Rebuild order management at a local level.Promote a culture of safety and self-care, both personally and within the team, as well as throughout the company.Engage stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities by complying with established standards, policies, and requirements.Actively participate in activities planned in annual HSEQA (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Assurance) programs, report all incidents, near misses, or substandard acts or conditions, and, if required, actively participate in investigations.Perform additional responsibilities requested by the company related to departmental processes and the role's duties.What you bring Mechanical engineer, industrial engineer or other similar professions.5 years of experience in similar roles.Intermediate to advanced English level.Proficiency in project planning software.Knowledge of ERPs, preferably Epicor.Knowledge of databases and Power BI is desirable.Knowledge of manufacturing processes is desirable.As an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
