ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDEREDThe Services Department is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms, ensuring the best performance of each turbine during its useful life.Our target is to ensure that the turbines operate at maximum capacity, delivering the best energy production to our customers.As a key team to maintain our customer's loyalty for the long term, the Service Sales Senior Manager uses their skills and training to match customer needs, transforming it into a value proposition. This role involves creative daily work full of tasks and room for improvements in line with Vestas guidance.ResponsibilitiesDirect front-end assessment of business opportunities leveraging Vestas team and its network of colleagues globally to provide sales & service solutions.Build strategy to ensure Vestas meets FOI, Revenue, and CM targets for all segment revenue streams.Structure deals with the full breadth of Vestas in mind to understand and support the organizational linkages and impacts.Accountable for product line leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to promote transactions.Develop sales strategy and negotiate sound business deals with customers in accordance with company standards.Provide effective direction in account activities, handling issues at various corporate levels.Create and deliver a compelling speech to illustrate the distinction proposition.Manage all aspects of RFP / RFQ responses, guiding the team through market opportunities.Direct contract negotiations through its phases from the offer proposition up to its signature.Collect and convey competitive intelligence internally.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics; MBA is a plus.10 years' experience in technical sales, commercial customer communications, contract negotiation, or legal knowledge.10 years' experience selling power generation equipment to utilities in the wind industry or complex capital equipment sales.Experience in negotiating and closing complex long-cycle larger capex agreements.Capability in understanding commercial terms and negotiation strategy.Understanding of how to supervise customer accounts and support team selling.Solid management skills; ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and develop employees.Ability to convert strategy into action-oriented goals.Continuous improvement and quality methodology skills.Effective issue resolution and structured problem-solving methodology.Proficient in English and Portuguese communication (verbal & written); Spanish is beneficial.CompetenciesPerform under high priority and progressive work environment handling multiple deliverables.Understand financial and technical language and translate into customer value propositions.Function well in a time-sensitive setting with conflicting demands.Assimilate technical and commercial information and translate that into appropriate business assessments.Essential behaviors: creative, diligent, innovative, collaborative, continuous improvement, flexibility, customer focus, active listener.Solid professional verbal and written communication skills required.What We OfferAs a member of the Vestas team, we offer an attractive salary and one of the most comprehensive benefits plans in the industry.BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUDIt has come to our attention that there are a number of fraudulent emails from people pretending to work for Vestas.
