We excel in integration and governance solutions that work with diverse data sources, and our real-time analytics uncover hidden patterns, empowering teams to address complex challenges and seize new opportunities.TheServiceNow Application Administrator RoleAs an Application Administrator, you will be responsible for daily monitoring of ServiceNow platform health, triaging of incidents and supporting the organization as a primary contact for business users on anything ServiceNow related.You will be a core member of the IT Service Management admin and development team, who maintain ServiceNow, related integrations, tools and processes supported by the platform.As business processes continuously evolve, your input is essential in defining and maturing processes fit for purpose.What makes this role interesting?Monitoring and actioning incident, problem, change request queues as 2nd line support for the businessCommon incident, problem, change request processes, effectively adapt and communicate technical concepts to users of different technical skill levelTroubleshooting ServiceNow logging and configuration, e.g.
forms, lists, workflows, JavaScript, notifications, scheduled jobs, reports, dependencies with third party servicesPerforming regular instance maintenance and being responsible for platform patching/upgrades, cloning, keeping service documentation relevantMonitoring platform integrations for errors, including MID servers, LDAP users and groups importMaintaining and monitoring CMDB, Discovery, relationship healthHere's how you'll be making an impact:3 or more years of experience in application administration of ServiceNow, configuring out of box modules, maintaining related tools and third party services3-5 or more years of experience with user support and general ServiceNow (or similar service delivery platform) administrationStrong understanding of ServiceNow standard modules, table structure, user management, knowledge management, CMDB, Discovery, reporting, service portalParticipated in one or more ServiceNow platform or module implementation life-cyclesGood understanding of update sets and working through tiered deployment process (Dev->QA ->Prod)Working knowledge from user/customer support or similar roleWe're looking for a teammate with:Good understanding of Active Directory basic concepts like objects, attributes and security policies, including how to interact using PowerShellServiceNow Certified System AdministratorITIL 4 Foundation certification and beyond preferredExperience working with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Testing Framework)Thelocation for this role is:Sao Paulo, Brazil Apply now and help change how the worldtransforms complex data landscapes into actionable insights and turns complex data challenges into new opportunities!More about Qlik and who we are:Find out more about life at Qlik on social: , , , and , and to see all other opportunities to join usand our values, check outour .What else do we offer?Genuine career progression pathways and mentoring programsCulture of innovation, technology, collaboration, and opennessFlexible, diverse, and international work environmentGiving back is a huge part of our culture.
