Cargo: - ServiceNow CMDB Architect Trabalho: Remoto Horario de Trabalho: Comercial (9h as 18h) Cargo: - ServiceNow CMDB Architect Idioma: Ingles Fluente The CMDB architect's job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understands the business use of data and stakeholder requirements to support work processes and strategic business objectives. Establishes a forward-looking vision for the product area, ensures quality technical delivery, reduces technical debt and drives modernization. Provides technical solutions and guidance around ServiceNow CMDB Provides common service data model expertise. Determines how data for new attributes / CI types will be collected / managed. Supports Product Owner in understanding & analyzing new requirements, especially impact on CMDB complexity and maintainability. Ensures ServiceNow and CMDB technology standards are maintained. Works with the Data & Insights team to monitor process effectiveness and analyze trend reports to identify improvement opportunities and improve quality of the CMDB. Reviews and approve proposed changes to the CMDB. Supports any CMDB process training and communication efforts. Works with the IT Operational Capabilities Product Owner to champion the CMDB governance across digital platforms. Collaborates with ITSOM Product Line Architect, Discovery & Integration Architect & ITSM Architect for overall architecture alignment. Requisitos e qualificações Required Technical Skills: Experiences with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, CSDM model, CMDB Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps, Experience coordinating with multiple product teams Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders, team player Informações adicionais: Fluent English is necessary. 100% remotely. Experience with global projects is desirable.
